What's Play with French.?
Play with French is a playful way to learn a language.
We are language teachers and professional actors & we use acting games and exercises to get you talking and connecting in your new language.
All of our courses are run online through zoom.
Why learn through play?
Our brain learns best when it's in play mode
and a language is learnt best through real social interactions.
You will improve your French,
Meet new people,
Build up your confidence and acting skills
Play like a child,
Release some stress and have fun.
You don't need any acting experience! It's all just fun and games.
“Play is the highest form of research.”
- Albert Einstein
What will happen when you join?
You will learn new vocabulary & Improve your grammar and pronunciation.
You will have your new language ready to use in the real world.
You will also:
Build up your confidence, and feel more
comfortable in front of the camera
Improve your performance skills (presence, confidence, partner work etc.) and have lots of fun.
and by playing games you will:
Connect with other people
Boost your energy
& release some daily stress.
and most importantly:
You will remember what you've learnt.

Your French teacher.
Salut, I'm Anne-Sophie
I’m a Paris-born actress and French teacher with over 15 years' experience split between London, Minnesota and New York City.
I'm also a translator, interpreter, voiceover, writer, creative writing teacher, director, and have coached clients public speaking in English and French, from wedding speeches and work presentations to audition prep.
I love combining all of the above in this course to enable PWF learners to improve their communication skills in French while having fun and learning about French culture.
à bientôt!
